Awesome camera system. We bought it to watch an animal during transport thru several states in a horse trailer.

It is really nice! Great magnet that holds the camera to the steel trailer. We charged the battery overnight before the 16hour trip and it lasted the whole trip. The battery bar barely went down. It seems as though its got about 30 or more hours on a full charge.

High definition and very clear. The camera is tiltable. We are not utilizing the solar panel that is on the camera so I won't comment to that feature.

Setup and use is extremely easy. You can see about 20 yards pretty clear in the dark with this camera due to the onboard IR illumination. You can toggle backup parking lines on and off easily. You can add up to 3 more cameras that would display on this monitor. The monitor is a great size. Cones with a telescopic suction cup mount.

Would buy another if I needed more.

Great value for the price! The camera works really well and has been a great addition to my tower crane setup. The picture is clear enough to see what I need, and the monitor is easy to use. Overall, I'm very happy with it. Definitely worth the money!

I got this because I use my trailer a lot and while I can see the sides, I can’t see the contents. This camera fixes that issue. First off, this thing worked right out of the box. No pairing or setting up unless you want the camera to have the correct time. I just need it to show me if something has shifted or if a strap came loose. The magnet is very powerful, and it has a nice rubber bottom to it, so it does not scratch your paint. Comes complete with all cables and chargers. You don’t usually get chargers anymore. The picture quality is enough for what I needed this for. It’s not a 4k camera but I didn’t need that. It also comes with a micro-SD card for recording. Like I said, everything is included. I guess you could look at the recording and see the exact moment that strap came loose. The monitor part needs a USB cable for power; it does not have a battery like the camera. It was easy to mount on my windshield and seemed to hold in place well. I don’t really rely on the solar charger since I take it off at night and put it on the charger. If you just need that 3rd eye to keep an eye on your load, then this works great.

My husband just went through the process of wiring a back-up camera into one of our older SUVs. It was quite the process, so the possibility of doing the same to our significantly older truck was a hard no.

This magnetic solar wireless camera from VANTRO was an amazing find. I'm not the tech savvy person in the family, so being able to set it up and get it up and running by myself is a testament to how easy it is to work with.

Our biggest concern was the strength of the magnet--would it hold while driving or would it fall off if we hit a bump or pothole? It is incredibly strong. It takes both hands and muscle strength to dislodge it from the tailgate.

The picture quality of the monitor is also impressive. My taking photos of what is on the monitor doesn't do it justice. In case anyone has the same misperception as I did, the monitor requires power at all times (unlike the camera).

As for the camera, it charges quickly via the USB-C cable. However, it is noteworthy that the manual mentions the solar charging isn't intended to charge and keep the camera charged. It is to extend the life of the battery.

Recording occurs automatically when the camera/monitor is turned on and is stored on included memory card. You have to manually stop the recording (I haven't been able to find any mention to stop this as an auto function). Individual recordings can't be erased from the monitor. You have to reformat the memory card which erases everything.

Overall, this is a great camera and it will have so many more uses than just a backup camera.

Works awesome as described. Great picture. If mounting to something other than metal (side by side) like I did don’t forget to have them send you the free metal plate.

Installation and removal are both incredibly simple. After mounting the camera to the rear of my truck and powering on the internal monitor, the devices connected almost instantly. Within seconds, I had a clear view of my hitch and ball, making it easy to align everything for towing without needing a second person to assist me. Everything was clear and the viewing angle was wide. The VEKOOTO VK7Pro Magnetic Solar Wireless Backup Camera is a great idea and worked perfectly.

I was skeptical but this screen quality is actually really good! Ive tried others in the past and they are a total joke. These cameras actually charge themselves to full just by sitting in the sun. Great overall price too.

This thing works great and the picture is perfect and instantly comes on the moment you turn it on. Drove 300 miles and camera didn’t move.

This camera and monitor is FANTASTIC. The picture is very clean and clear. The magnet is very strong. the unit paired up immediately. I absolutely LOVE this camera!!! Delivery was very quick. Needless to say I'm very happy with this purchase. I mount the camera on the back of our camping trailer.

I've only had it for a week, I like it, it stays charged all day, no complaints. Great customer service, they quickly sent me the free metal plate after request.
